Bikini babe: Hollyoaks actress couldn't stop smiling as she showed off her tan - and her curves - in a gold chain trimmed red bikini while on holiday in Marbella
It's not very often that a British soap star can attract more attention than America's First Lady.
But looking at these pictures of Hollyoaks girl Jennifer Metcalfe, it's not exactly hard to see why.
While Michelle Obama went on a walkabout in Marbella, all eyes were on the actress yesterday who was also enjoying the Spanish city.
Jennifer, 26, looked stunning in a gold chain-trimmed red bikini as she left the exclusive Nikki Beach after spending the day soaking up the sunshine.
And she couldn't resist flashing her lovely smile to the cameras as she strutted out, her white beach bag over one arm, her green wrap skirt hanging off the other.
Jennifer, who plays Mercedes Fisher in the Channel 4 soap, jetted back to Marbella last week while she is enjoying a break from Hollyoaks.
She had been in the Spanish resort last month for a calendar photo shoot and loved the place so much, she went back for a holiday.
And after a recent liposuction operation on her bottom and thighs, the actress has been making sure her new and improved figure has been on constant show - and no wonder.
Sizzling: Jennifer gazes into the sunset as she poses for the cameras at the Nikki Beach club
After the cosmetic surgery procedure, she said: 'I'm completely amazed at the results after just one operation.
'I feel like I've dropped a dress size and I have!'
But she could soon be shedding more pounds and toning up even more after it was reported that she has been asked to take part in this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing.
