Earlier in the day Paris had been joined by a tropical parrot as she sunned herself on a beach."

What the hell is wrong with this dude... He is still considered one of the hottest actors ever, thus can have any hot chick out there. But no, he goes ahead and goes on a date with Paris Hilton?! Seriously, what's wrong with Hollywood these days?!

It was quite a shock when Paris, her new BFF Brittany and George were seen eating dinner together, but someone was quick to announce that it wasn't a first:

Life & Style has learned exclusively that the night before, George, 47, and Paris, 27, had a far more intimate meeting at the Whiskey Bar at the Sunset Marquis hotel in West Hollywood.

A source said: "Paris and George sat and talked together for ages. They didn't seem to be aware of anyone else in the room."

Someone Actually Robbed Paris Hilton!

You'd think that stealing $2 million (!!!) worth of jewelry from Paris Hilton's home would be difficult... Seems not that hard:

Detectives from the LAPD's Van Nuys division were at the home this morning conducting interviews. The sources told The Times that Hilton was not home at the time of the burglary and that the house is equipped with security video equipment. It remains unclear whether this case is connected to last year's series of serial burglaries that targeted celebrities in the Westside.

As for the devastated heiress, this is what she had to say:

"I am devastated. I cannot believe someone broke into my home. They took items that had such sentimental value that no one will ever be able to replace. I'm just thankful that I wasn't there when it happened."

An insider added:

"Paris has surveillance cameras set up in every room, the thief was wearing a black hoody and knew exactly where to go, like he's been there before. Paris has upped her security team to three 24-hour bodyguards, and she has someone on her property at all times. Detectives are doing a huge investigation."

Paris Hilton & Nicole Richie are BFF's No More... Again...

Not that this came as any surprise, but here's the skinny on it...

Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton are enemies once again. The on-again, off-again BFFs have had a huge blowup over Paris’ abrupt dumping of Benji Madden — the brother of Nicole’s boyfriend Joel, say sources. And to make matters worse, the hotel hottie has apparently already moved on. Paris hooked up with mega-wealthy high-end jeweler Pascal Mouawad at the Nov. 15 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Miami, where she modeled his one-of-a-kind, 130-carat diamond necklace worth $3 million.

“Nicole feels that Paris never really liked Benji, but used the relationship to get more publicity for herself,” charged the source. “She saw the opportunity and jumped on it . . . Paris will be Paris — she does only what’s best for her.”
