Toned: Ashley Greene and Lauren Conrad sport the Daisy Duke style shorts in Los Angeles this morningA few days ago, they were both snapped looked toned in near-identical gym outfits.
And Lauren Conrad and Ashley Greene were at it again today as they stepped out wearing Daisy Duke-style shorts.
Twilight actress Ashley, 23, sported the denim cut-offs, a dark T-shirt and black ballet pumps during a supermarket trip in the Touluca Lake area of Los Angeles this morning.
Meanwhile, former Hills star Lauren teamed her shorts with a grey hoodie and flip flops while out shopping on L.A.’s trendy Melrose Avenue.
Both girls showed off their enviable figures, which 24-year-old Lauren has admitted she has to work hard at.
‘I’ve never felt a push to be stick thin. I work out and eat healthy, so mostly it’s about being in shape and having energy,’ she told Glamour magazine earlier this year.

The girls have more than just fashion in common with Ashley replacing Lauren as the face of Mark make up earlier this year, a brand owned by Avon.
After leaving The Hills, Lauren launched a successful fashion line and has written two New York Times best-selling novels based loosely on her life.

Meanwhile, Ashley was catapulted to fame as vampire Alice Cullen in The Twilight Saga films and will be reprising the role again in 2011.
She will also star in forthcoming comedy Butter alongside Hugh Jackman, and sports action drama Warrior with Twilight co-star Kellan Lutz.
