White House Press Briefing June 1

Ron Bloom joins the briefing with a report on the resurgence of the auto industry. Obama will visit a Chrysler plant in Toledo, Ohio on Friday. On Obama's meeting with the House republicans today, Jay Carney reported it was productive (of course). See the republican view on the meeting with Obama here. The next round of deficit talks, led by Joe Biden, will be June 9.
