Republicans Asking for What Should've Been Done in the First Place

Raising the debt ceiling should've never been tied to a deficit cutting deal. It was the republicans that insisted on a deficit cutting deal in exchange for their vote to raise the debt ceiling.
Because the republicans can't get everything they want, they're running for the hills like cowards.
